At HELVION LUXURY, every timepiece is dispatched with the same care it received in our atelier. All shipments are tracked, fully insured for their full retail value, and require an adult signature on delivery.

1. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Each watch undergoes a final inspection by our master watchmakers before being sealed in its presentation packaging.

2. Shipping Carrier

We ship worldwide with DHL Express and other premium insured carriers. As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 3 – 5 business days
  • European Union, United Kingdom & Switzerland: 2 – 4 business days
  • Asia, Australia, Middle East: 5 – 8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 – 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Free insured shipping on all orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Switzerland. For other destinations, a flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on the destination.

5. Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for its complete retail value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, you are 100% covered — we will replace your timepiece or issue a full refund.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union or Switzerland, all duties and taxes are included.

For orders shipped outside the EU/Switzerland, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking link. You can monitor your shipment in real time and reschedule delivery directly with the carrier if needed.

8. Signature on Delivery

For your protection, all shipments require an adult signature on delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and reattempt delivery.
