Return & Refund Policy

At HELVION LUXURY we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your timepiece, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and secure as possible.

1. Return Window

You have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return — no reason required. After 45 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, documentation, certificates and accessories (presentation box, warranty card, manual, protective stickers, etc.)
  • Show no signs of wear, scratches, sizing or modification

Watches that have been sized, engraved or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@helvion.luxury with your order number and a brief reason. Within one business day we will reply with a prepaid, fully insured return label and step-by-step instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping within the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union is free of charge. We provide a tracked and insured label. For other destinations, return shipping is at the customer's expense, but the shipment must still be tracked and insured.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece. The inspection typically takes 2–4 business days. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a watch for a different model or reference, simply mention this when contacting us. We will process the return and issue a new order with any price difference settled separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
